Turkey Classics Tour

Day 1: Arrive in Istanbul

Upon your arrival in Istanbul, we will welcome you and you’ll be transferred to your hotel.

You may spend the rest of your day free to relax.

Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2: Istanbul Old City Walking Tour (B, L)

Following your breakfast, we will pick you from your hotel for a full-day Istanbul Old City Walking Tour in Sultanahmet.

Highlights you will visit: Sultanahmet (Blue) Mosque, Hagia Sophia, The Hippodrome, The Obelisk of Theodosius, Serpent Column, German Fountain, Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Eirene Church.

In the end, you will be accompanied back to your hotel.

You will spend the night in Istanbul.

Day 3: Flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia – Full Day North Cappadocia (Red) Tour (L)

Early in the morning, you will be transferred to the airplane terminal from your hotel for a flight to Cappadocia.

Upon your arrival to Cappadocia, we will welcome and transfer you to our Cappadocia office for a full-day North Cappadocia Tour.

Highlights you will visit: Goreme Open Air Museum consisting of five Byzantine Orthodox churches, Devrent Valley, and Pasabag where you will see animal and fairy-tale like rock formations, the ancient towns of Urgup and Avanos – famous with its red clay pottery. You will have fun trying to make potteries after a small demonstration.

In the end, you will be accompanied back to your hotel.

You will spend the night in Cappadocia.

Day 4: Full Day South Cappadocia (Green) Tour – Flight from Cappadocia to Izmir (B, L)

Optional Hot Air Balloon Ride in Cappadocia is available on this day.

Following your breakfast, your full-day South Cappadocia Tour will start.

Highlights: Hiking in Red & Rose Valley, Cavusin Village – one of the oldest settlements in the region with its cave houses, Love Valley, Kaymaklı Underground City, Pigeon Valley, and Uchisar Castle.

In the end, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Izmir.

Upon your arrival to Izmir, we will welcome and transfer you to the hotel in the Kusadasi area.

Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 5: Full Day Ephesus Tour – Flight from Izmir to Istanbul (B, L)

Right after your breakfast and check-out from your hotel, your full-day Ephesus Tour will start.

Highlights we will visit: Temple of Artemis – considered to be one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, Library of Celsus – while most libraries serve only the function of archiving books and documents, this one served as the final resting place of Tiberius Julius Celsus Polemaeanus, in whose honor the library was built, Ephesus Ancient City – with its marvelous highlights, The House of Virgin Mary – is believed to be where she lived and died.

Also, we will see old theatres, hammams, passing through the harbor.

In the end, we will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Istanbul.

Upon your arrival, we will welcome and transfer you to your hotel.

Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 6: Departure from Istanbul (B)

Following your breakfast and check-out from your hotel, you will be transferred to the international airport for your departure flight.
