TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

These are the terms under which we offer Travel Tips Turkey or Site “traveltips.com.tr”. Travel Tip Turkey is operated by Travel Tips Turizm Pty Ltd.

All references to ‘We’, ‘Our’ and ‘Us’ are references to Travel Tips Turizm Pty Ltd, besides users who use our services to purchase tours and travel services will be referred as “You”. By finalizing and paying your deposit for a Tour, you are entering into this Participant Agreement with us. Please read these terms carefully before making a deposit or payment for a Tour. These terms may be supplemented by additional terms and conditions specific to your Tour Itinerary. In the event of a conflict between this agreement and the tour, the tour itinerary will apply.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

COMPANY AND RELIABILITY

Travel Tips Turizm is an accredited Travel Agent and a member of TURSAB. The professional services of the consultants are as indicated and are brought to your attention to advise the important charges now implemented within the travel industry.

Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB), in cooperation with the Ministry, Provincial Tourism General Directorates, and other pertinent institutions, detects, audits, and follows up penal actions of persons, corporations, and institutions that engage in unlicensed and thus illegal Travel agencies operations in both physical and virtual domains towards hindering activities that are contrary to Law No. 1618.

The rapid development of technology, the easy electronic access of consumers to information, and the habits that arise as a result, urge the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB) to take timely PRECAUTIONS and generate RESOLUTIONS towards defending the rights and interests of our Associations vis-a-vis unlicensed operations, especially those conducted online. As a result, the “TURSAB Holiday Angel” Project has been created by our Association.

Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB) will carry out intensively the promotion of TURSAB Holiday Angel via traditional and digital means. With public opinion, the use of the logo of TURSAB Holiday Angel will be expanded and thus online marketing and sales of travel agency products by unauthorized people and organizations will be prevented.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU

You are liable for providing accurate, well-timed, and complete information about Your form for and use of the website. We are not responsible for any claims referring to any inaccurate, untimely or incomplete information provided to us via You.

We can only use your information in accordance with our privacy policy. We will use our best efforts to make certain the privacy of all other personal information, however, we expressly disclaim any liability for any damage which could result should any information be released to any third-party companies. You hereby agree to hold us harmless for any damages that can result.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations by You
You, or any member of your party, may also cancel your travel preparations at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the date that written notification from the person that made the reservation is acquired at our office / via electronic mail. We advise that you use recorded delivery/read receipt. Any cancellation will incur a price to reflect the affordable expenses incurred by way of us in arranging and canceling your booking. fees for cancellation after the stability due date will range because of the complicated nature of our tour itineraries. Please notice, the charges for many flights are non-refundable.

We must receive your cancellation notice in writing by email, fax, or overnight courier, and your cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your notice.

  • If we receive your cancellation notice ninety-one (91) days or more from the Tour departure date, we will retain zero percent (0%) of the total Tour/s price and will provide a full refund.
  • If we receive your cancellation notice ninety (90) days to forty-two (42) days prior to the departure date, we will refund ten percent (10%) of the total Tour/s price, or 50€ – whichever is higher.
  • If we receive your cancellation notice forty-one (41) to twenty-nine (29) days prior to the departure date, we will retain twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Tour/s price, or 50€ – whichever is higher.
  • If we receive your cancellation notice twenty-eight (28) to fourteen (14) days prior to the departure date, we will retain fifty percent (50%) of the total Tour/s price, or 50€ – whichever is higher.
  • If we receive your cancellation notice thirteen (13) days or fewer prior to the departure date, we will retain one hundred percent (100%) of the Tour/s price.

Any penalty imposed by an airline, including for airline service between points on the Tour (“Internal Air”) or travel to or from the Tour, is your responsibility.

Your decision not to participate on the Tour due to warnings, fear of travel, illness, or any other reason will be deemed a cancellation. If a flight or other delay for any reason prevents you from joining the Tour on the Tour departure date and time, you will be considered a no-show, and we cannot provide a full or partial refund or credit toward a future Tour, but you may join the Tour late if you wish.

Cancellations by Us

We will take all affordable precautions and apply reasonable checks to make sure the safety and comfort of its clients. It is not likely that the company will make changes to the clients’ recommended tour, but these tours are via necessity planned many months earlier. therefore, because of the unpredictable nature of a number of our tours, the company reserves the proper to make any essential changes or amendments to the schedule for any cause, any time before or after departure. We strongly advise which you take out coverage in opposition to irrecoverable cancellation fees. If the change is a material change (as an instance, change of vacation spot, or to a decreased standard of accommodation), we can notify you as quickly as practically possible and offer you the choice of:

Transfer to some other tour with cash modifications being made

Canceling your tour with a complete refund

No matter the choice you select we can pay you compensation until the change has been due to an act of god or low bookings, as mentioned below:

Further to the above, the company reserves the right at any time up to four weeks before the departure of any of our tours, to cancel a tour because of the pre-decided minimal number of clients not being reached. A complete refund of all monies paid to the company may be refunded to the client, but no compensation will be payable by the company upon this type of cancellation.

It is from time to time necessary for us to make modifications to advertised services and products. In remarkable instances, we may have to modify your vacation after booking. If the change is minor we will do our best to inform you earlier. No compensation is payable in relation to a minor change. Examples of “minor changes” consist of the following when made earlier than departure: any change in the advertised identity of the provider(s), flight timings, and/or plane type; a change of outward departure time or overall length of your vacation of twelve hours or less, or a change of accommodation to another of the equal standard or category. If any additional expenses are incurred via delays, accidents, or disruption of planned itineraries due to conditions or activities beyond the company’s management or taken into consideration recommended by means of the company, such expenses are to be borne by the client. The client accepts that conditions or activities beyond the management of the company may prevent the company from offering services and/or itineraries as described.

PASSPORT AND VISA

You are completely accountable for complying with passport and visa necessities. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

We can provide general information about any health formalities required for your trip but you should check with your own doctor for your own specific circumstances. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel, or incur any other loss because you have not complied with health formalities. You agree to indemnify us in relation to any costs which we incur because of your failure to comply with your health formalities.

INSURANCE

Travel insurance is a crucial part of your travel arrangements. We strongly recommend that you have taken out adequate insurance for the duration of your journey. Travel insurance is a mandatory element of some travel arrangements. We provide travel insurance during your tour with the guarantee of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB), provide you a quote, and answer any queries you may have regarding the insurance.

TIPS & EXTRAS

Tips to your guides, drivers, hotel personnel, and so forth are not covered in package costs and are at your personal discretion. Extra taxes, security expenses or every other cost gathered by means of government, airports, airways, and different entities aren’t included until particularly listed as included features.
