The standard balloon flights generally take about 45-50 minutes in the air. Including pick up and drop back to the hotel, the duration takes approximately 2 hours.

Yes, you can make up your itinerary for your Turkey tour. You can fill out the Tailor Made Tour Request form and select the tour destinations and activities that you want to include in your itinerary and we will design the itinerary with the same care and provide you with a price for the tour. With this option, you have the flexibility to choose what you want to do and see on your Turkey tour.

To secure the booking, we strongly suggest you book the tour as early as possible. Travelers shall book at least 30 days before the departure. Many of our holidays book up quickly, so to make sure you have availability for your tour and dates, it is best to book as early as you can. Early booking ensures that we get to book our preferred hotels, vendors, and professional guides in advance.

We will send you an acknowledgment email on the successful completion of an order on the site. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number. We would advise you to keep this email safe as you will need your order reference number for any further queries you may have. Failure to provide us with an order reference number on request will result in a delay with your inquiry. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched to you we will send you a confirmation email.

Please contact us if you do not receive an acknowledgment email and we will make sure it is not a problem with our system. Acknowledgment emails are generated and sent automatically once an order has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam or junk mail folders to make sure they have not gone directly to this location. You may also need to ensure that all of the details entered are correct, please pay particular attention to your payment card details, email address, and delivery addresses.

The prices shown on our system are in USD (United States Dollars), including tax and service charges. Please check carefully the inclusions and exclusions of services before booking. Included and excluded services will also be listed in our confirmation email.

Double bed refers to 1 large bed while twin bed refers to 2 single beds.

Yes, we can as long as you have booked a Shared group or Private tour with us. In this case, you may book your preferred hotel on your own and we can provide you with the total package tour price without including the cost of hotel accommodations. The rest of the service will be included in the tour as per the final itinerary. Please let us know if you want to proceed with booking your own hotels otherwise we will arrange your stay at one of our partnership hotels as part of our package tour.

Generally speaking, April, May, September, and October when the weather is the most comfortable. However these are the peak tourist months at the highest tour price. If you are a budget-minded traveler, you can choose other months for lower prices. Prices always drop a bit in the shoulder season, which runs from November through March and From June through August.

The maximum allowable limit for luggage on domestic flights is 15 kg. If you have less than this weight in total per person then it should be okay. However, any excess luggage weight over 15 kg will be charged extra by the airlines and it is not our responsibility to pay for that. Your luggage is strictly your own responsibility and extra charges by the airlines should your bag be overweight will have to be handled by you with the airlines.
